I love your show, and find it very informative. Currently I am using the GI diet to lose weight, and maintain my health. I am wondering if you will be doing a show in the near future, or have already done a show on Syndrome X or Metabolic Syndrome. I have been diagnosed with it, and would love to get Dr. Domke's insight into this health issue.

i stumbled onto this, my first podcast, by complete accident and i am very pleasantly shocked! having had chronic headaches for the past 26 years, i adopted the DASH diet about 3 years ago to reduce my pain, which it has done more than any medication i've ever been given.

i am enjoying the heck out of this podcast and can't wait to share it with my partner! you speak of everything we've learned.

i still can't believe i used to let my tastebuds and laziness decide what's best to eat!

one big change we've made that i would love to urge others to do is to boycott chain restaurants. they make everything at a factory and use salt as a preservative for shipping and storage. SUPPORT LOCAL RESTAURANTS!
